Season ticket door is North East corner of the arena beside the large ice resurfacer door.
There is no time limit, your seats are yours and yours only. No one else can purchase them via the online system. If you don’t buy them, they will remain empty. This will remain the case for all preseason games this season, but we may change this for Playoff games, if uptake isn’t high enough and demand for tickets is high.
At present NO, this may change or we may sell tickets on the night of the game at the front door ourselves.
Any changes will be communicated via our website and social media platforms. At present the ONLY way to buy is online via our website links. Please ensure you use the correct link if you are a season ticket holder.
YES, follow the steps at the top. Once your seats are highlighted, click on all the seats to remove the check mark. Then click on each seat you require and select the type of ticket you wish to buy instead and then add to basket ie. You wish to buy an Adult and an U18 ticket.
Best practice however is to decide which seats you definitely want to purchase as logging back in to add additional seats after purchase will block your entry, as the system thinks you have already bought for that game.
YES, as previous seasons corporate tickets allow you access to all home games and you don’t need to do anything, just show your QR code at the season ticket door on arrival. This same QR code will work for every home game and can be scanned only once per game.

YES, under 5s are free, however they will not be allocated a seat within the arena. If you would like a seat designated for your U5, please get in touch with Michael at [email protected] to discuss.
Can I get a still receive physical season ticket?
YES, if you have opted for a physical season ticket, these will be ready by end of next week. You are still required to purchase pre-seaosn games online using your email address to log in. You do not need a password. We will ultimately go fully digital in future seasons, so please try to get used to the app, save a copy of the PDF ticket to your phone or simply a screenshot of your e-ticket in your image gallery.
Unfortunately we can not take any more requests for physical tickets.

Upon opening the app for the first time, registered season ticket holders will have to create their password for their Future Ticketing account. To do this, please click on ‘Forgot Credentials’ and then enter the email address that is registered with the club. This MUST be the email address you used when purchasing your season ticket from the club.
You will then receive an email to create or reset your password.
Once logged in, the app will display your Season Ticket QR code that can be scanned at season ticket door on entry to Dundee Ice Arena.
