The Dundee Stars are delighted to announce the signing of Canadian forward Marc-Olivier Mimar.

 

Marc-Olivier joins the club from the renowned UQTR Patriotes college set-up where he recorded an impressive 141 points in 130 games.

 

The 25-year-old who is a native of Rosemere, Quebec has a history of being prolific offensively and general manager Omar Pacha was delighted to bring him to Tayside commenting, “I am very pleased to have signed Marc-Olivier for this upcoming season. He has great hockey sense and always seems to be in the right place at the right time. He competes hard and is always willing to go in the dirty areas to score goals. He had five great seasons at one of the top CIS schools in all of Canada. I am really looking forward to having him this season”.

 

Marc-Olivier will wear number 17 for the Stars this season.
